| Abstract: | By the methods of investigation and literature, in accordance with the analysis on the present amateur sports training system for adolescents in China, the authors explore and discuss the problems, such as the system of fostering the adolescent talent reserves and the corresponding regulations and laws. On this base, tentative plan for reform and countermeasures are put forward. |
