浅论信息时代中职学校图书管理员综合素质的培养与提高

当今社会快速发展,信息时代随之到来,因而图书管理模式也由传统书架发展到网络,这就要求就必须有一支高素质的图书管理队伍与之适应。文章结合自身工作实际,从分析中职学校的图书管理人员素质现状入手,提出应从思想道德、业务素质、心理素质三大方面增强图书管理人员综合素质,以更好的适应信息社会,从而更好的发挥学校图书馆为师生服务的作用。

The rapid development of today’s society,along with the arrival of the information age,and thus the library management model was from the traditional bookcase to the network,which requires that there must be a high-quality library management team.Combined with their own work reality,from the analysis of the secondary school books management personnel quality,to enhance the comprehensive quality of books management personnel was put forward from thought morality,professional quality,psychological quality.ect,three aspects,so as to to better adapt to the information society and better play the school library services for the teachers and students roles.
