基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的换热器测控平台

摘    要:虚拟仪器在工业应用中表现出传统仪器无法比拟的优势,LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件在测控系统分析、设计和研究方面得到了广泛的应用。以研华工业控制计算机为硬件基础,搭建了基于虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW的试验台,完成了对螺旋套管换热器试件流量、流速、阻力、温度等常见参数的测量及压缩机转速、试件进出水温等的控制。

Introduction of Measurement and Control System of heat exchanger platform based on the LabVIEW virtual instrument
Abstract:The virtual instruments have incomparable advantages compare to traditional instruments in industrial applications,LabVIEW virtual instrument software have been applied widely in analysis,design and research in the Measurement and Control system.The heat exchanger experiment bench,which was built based on Advantech Industrial PC and LabVIEW virtual instruments,completed the measurement of spiral heat exchanger specimens volume,velocity,resistance,temperature and other common parameters,and accomplished the control of compressor rotate,in and out water temperature of specimens.
