In recent years,with the development of higher vocational education,a lot of hiring part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges played an important role but some loopholes were loomed out in management,based on a breakthrough of bottleneck in the current higher vocational part-time teachers management,tried to find a suitable part-time teachers management mechanism in development of higher vocational colleges.
