| 摘 要： | 本文以调查材料和亲身实践入手，简析了独联体（前苏联）的高等体育教育专业的办学体制，揭示了其强调基础、注重能力和重视实习、逐步提高等两大特点，在此基础上指出我国体育师资培养和体育教育专业改革必须注意的方面。

| Abstract: | According to investigation materials and personal practice, the author analyses the system of higher physical education in former Soviet Union and reveals the two characteristics of attaching importance to foundation, paying attention to ability and laying stress on practice,improving gradually. Based on this,the author points out the aspects which should be paid attention to in reform in higher physical education in our country. |
