| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作者素质的好坏,不仅关系高校思想政治工作者自身的发展,更关系到高校和高等教育的发展以及高素质人才的培养。建设一支高素质的思想政治工作队伍,是新时期高校思想政治工作的重要课题。本文对高校思想政治工作队伍的素质结构的构建提出设想,围绕品德、能力、知识三个方面展开论述。
