| 摘 要： | 高职教师终身教育体制建设要凸显以人为本的理念,同时要把教师的自我发展同学校的高职教育发展紧密结合起来.其指导思想,从高职教师这一视角来看,就是要满足生存和竞争的需要,满足自尊和荣誉的需要,满足精神文化素养的需要;从学校及社会这一视角来看,就是要满足高等职业技术教育发展的需要.
