| 摘 要： | 创新型体育教师的培养是现代体育教学改革的重要内容之一。通过对高职院校体育教师的特征进行分析,并对适应现代化高职体育教育的创新型体育教师的培养途径进行了探讨,以期对创新型体育教师的培养提供参考。
