| 摘 要： | 为配合2013年教育部高职院校人才培养工作评估调研项目，对2008年以来有关高职教育评估的各类研究文献和政策文件进行了深度研究，梳理出学者、专家和政策制定者对高职人才培养工作评估的理性认识，在总结第二轮评估工作的实施效果、问题与不足的基础上，提出完善评估体系与管理体制、完善评估指标体系、改进评估数据与操作过程等一系列改进建议。

| Abstract: | In order to finish the sub project of the Ministry of Education’s investigation and research project about the talent cultivation assessment of higher vocational schools, the research group have deeply studied all kinds of research literature and policy document of higher vocational education since 2008 and sorted out the rational knowledge of scholars, experts and policy makers about the talent cultivation assessment of higher vocational schools. Based on summarizing implementation effects and problems and insufficiency of the second assessment, the group brings forward a series of improving advice on the evaluation system and management system, the evaluation index system as well as the assessment data and operation process. |
