| Abstract: | By analyzing the problem of sci-tech periodicals in subject selection from social focus,this paper presents a new method of subject selection,named as social focus-based subject selection,demonstrates the possibility of this type of subject selection,and discusses the keys to its success.These keys are to introduce a sci-tech element into a social focus,find a suitable sub-subject and seize an opportune publishing time. |
