试论高校阳光体育与终身体育的有效对接

利用文献资料法、实地调研法对我国高校阳光体育及大学生终身体育教育进行研究,结果显示我国阳光体育在高校呈现三大特点：1）＂两极分化＂,阳光体育开展欠缺持久性;2）＂形式化＂,阳光体育运动内容过于单调;3）＂乌托邦＂,阳光体育实施理想化。而影响高校阳光体育与终身体育对接的主要因素主要包括四点：1）对体育的认知水平因素;2）生活环境因素;3）体育设施及经费因素;4）缺乏有力的监督机制。要解决二者的有效对接可以从以下四个方面做起：1）加强大学生群体阳光体育健身理念教育;2）创造阳光的体育文化氛围;3）优化师资配备,加大经费扶持;4）强化现有的监督机制,建立课改和阳光体育目标相统一的监督体系。

To analyze the Sunlight of Sports and Lifetime Sports Docking Effectively

Using the method of literature and investigation to study the Sunlight of Sports and lifetime sports docking effectively.The result indicates that the sunlight of sports in universities appears three traits.1） Polarization,the Sunlight of Sports is carried out so little time;2） formalization,the content of the Sunlight of Sports is so dull.3） Utopia,the Sunlight of Sports is desired.The main factors include four points which affect the Sunlight of Sports and lifetime sports to dock.1） the comprehend understand of sports;2） the environmental factor;3） the factor of facilities and funds;4） lack of Oversight Mechanisms.If we plan to tackle these factors,we can do like this.1） to enhance education of the Sunlight of Sports for students;2） to create sunny environment of the Sunlight of Sports;3） to optimize the scale and improvement of teaching and funds levels;4） to strengthen the present Oversight Mechanisms,to build curriculum reform and the aim of the Sunlight of Sports concordant system.
