我国高新技术产业聚集度的变动趋势及区位因素分析——以电子及通讯设备制造业为例

 旨在以电子及通讯设备制造业为例，考察我国高新技术产业聚集度的变动趋势，并重点研究产业聚集的区位因素。首先利用Gini系数、Hoover系数以及EG系数对我国电子及通讯设备制造业从1988-2005年的产业聚集度进行了测定和分析，并通过构建行业面板数据模型，检验了经济地理因素、新经济地理因素和制度因素对产业聚集的影响。研究发现：(1)我国电子及通讯设备制造业聚集度自20世纪90年代中期开始便一直处于较高水平，且从其变动趋势上来看呈现出倒U型曲线特征；(2)从聚集地的分布情况来看，主要集中在广东、江苏、上海等经济发达的东南沿海地区，两极分化严重；(3) 经济地理因素、新经济地理因素和制度因素分别对产业聚集有显著的影响，沿海地区较之内陆地区更有利于产业聚集，基础设施好、企业数量多、人力资本大、对外开放度高和地方保护程度低的地区相对更容易形成产业聚集地；此外，综合分析结果表明，企业数量、对外开放度和地方保护在当前是影响产业聚集的关键因素。

Trends and determinants of China' s hi-tech industrial agglomeration degree——take manufacture of electronic and communication equipment for example
