| Abstract: | The rapid and harmonious development of sports are decided by many sides,for instance,politics,economy and culture.The factors such as public morals,convention and tradition are also important,mainly approaches the relations between the public morals and sports.The research provides theoretic foundation for improving the cultural environment of sports and promoting the overall develompment of sports. |
