| 摘 要： | 概括了高技术小企业内生成长的特征，透过高技术小企业的表面特征解释了其内生成长特性；分析了高技术小企业内生成长的关键性要素并在此基础上提出了高技术小企业内生成长的战略方式；论述了高技术小企业的成长源于企业内部资源的积累，其成长是内生的，必须选择内生的成长战略方式才能实现高技术小企业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analysis endogenous growth strategy mode of hi-tech small enterprise on the basis of endogenous theory. Firstly, we analyses characters of endogenous growth in hi-tech small enterprise with the review of research made by other scholars in this field. We show the peculiarity of endogenous growth after we explore the surface features of hi-tech small enterprise. Secondly, we assay the key element of endogenous growth in hi-tech small enterprise. And then we provide strategy mode of endogenous growth in hi-tech small enterprise. We emphasis that the growth of in hi-tech small enterprises according to the accumulation of their own internal resources. The continue development of hi-tech small enterprise depends on endogenous growth strategy mode. |
