摘    要:《刑事诉讼法学》、《民事诉讼法学》和《行政诉讼法学》三大诉讼法学同属于程序法,又具有相对独立性,在教学中运用求同法、求异法、求同求异并用法三种类型的比较法,不仅可以加深学生对三大诉讼法学知识点的认识,有助于对重点、难点的消化与理解,而且可以提高学生的记忆能力、分析能力和归纳、概括能力,从而全面提高学生的综合素质。

On the Application of Comparative Method in Teaching Three Major Branches of Procedural Law

Abstract:"Criminal Procedure Law", "Civil Procedural Law" and "Administrative Procedure Law" belong to procedural law alto- gether, but are relatively independent from each other. Therefore, the comparative method used in the teaching combining three types of ways of seeking for the similarity, for the difference, and for similarity and difference, not only can deepen students' understanding of the three major branches of procedural law, helping them in the key and difficulty of the knowledge, but also can improve their memory capabilities, analytical skills and ability to conclude and generalize, thus overall improving comprehensive quality of students.
