借力信息化建设创新档案工作

创新是社会各项事业兴旺发达的源泉,创新也是做好档案工作的根本动力。信息化建设是档案工作的正确途径,是档案工作创新的客观需要。因此,只有抓好档案信息化建设,才能适应新时期档案工作的需要,才能真正达到创新档案工作的目的。本文从树立档案信息观、培养信息人才、丰富信息资源及改善服务机制等方面谈谈"如何加快档案信息化建设来促进档案工作的创新。"

Innovating Archives Work by Means of Informatization

Innovation is the source of all-around development of social undertakings,as well as the fundamental motivation for making a good job of archives.Information technology is the right way of archives work and the objective need for innovation in archives work.Therefore,only making a good job of construction of archival information can meet the needs of archives work,achieve the purpose of innovating archives work.In some ways,establishing the notion of archival information,cultivating more talents on information,enriching information resources and improving the service mechanism,this paper discussed how to speed up the informatization of archives work for promoting innovation.
