| 摘 要： | 2004年3月,教育部发布了"大学英语课程教学要求(试行)",取代现行的"大学英语课程教学大纲".其目标已经明确,就是"培养学生英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流."本文分析了新要求的出台背景、特色以及如何贯彻新要求和提高英语教学质量.

| Abstract: | The teaching request of college English course", it is going to try out, instead of "The outline of college English course" was released by Ministry of department in March 2004. It is his goals that make students use English to communicating in oral and writing validly, cultivate the ability of applying English comprehensively, especially the capacity of listening and talking. This text has analyzed the background, characteristics and how to carry on the new request to improve English teaching quality. |
