| 摘 要： | 随着我国对滨海旅游的重视,广西滨海旅游正面临大好机遇,有着广阔的发展前景。目前制约广西滨海旅游发展的主要因素有人才吸引力不足,高层次人才紧缺,人才结构不合理等方面,针对存在问题,提出滨海旅游应用型人才培养对策,以期能促进广西滨海旅游业的发展。
