| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和专家访谈法,探讨我国《国家学生体质健康标准》实施过程中存在的若干问题,主要分析了《国家学生体质健康标准》实施办法存在的合法性、评价心血管机能评价指标的科学性、指标评分的合理性和测试工作存在的主要问题。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review and expert interview,the paper studied the practical problems of National Physical Fitness and Health Criteria for Students(NFHCS).We mainly analysed the validity of NFHCS,reliability of cardiorespiratory fitness index,rationality of evaluation index and some pratical problems in the test. |
