| 摘 要： | 以构建现代化高校体育课程内容体系为目的，采用文献资料、专家访谈、社会调研、比较分析等方法，在系统分析了发达国家的成功经验和现行我国高校体育课程内容利弊得失的基础上，紧紧抓住全面提高大学生整体素质这个脉搏，提出了构建现代化高校体育课程内容体系的有效途径和方法对策。
