间歇性和持续性游泳训练对大鼠伸趾长肌肌球蛋白Ca~(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:大鼠分别经 6周高强度间歇性或持续性游泳训练后 ,测定伸趾长肌 (快肌 )肌球蛋白Ca2 + -ATP酶活性 ,发现间歇训练组大鼠该酶活性比对照组明显增高 ;持续训练组则出现下降。各组内大鼠的伸趾长肌肌球蛋白Ca2 + -ATP酶活性均未表现有意义的性别差异。

Abstract:Trained with high internsity interval or lasting swimming program for 6 weeks,44 rats were determined with activity of Ca 2+ -ATPase of actomyosin in extensor digitorum longus(EDL).Higher activity of actomyosin Ca 2+ -ATPase was found in the EDL of interval training rat whereas it in the EDL of lasting training rat was decreased.Sexal difference of the ATPase activity wasn't been observed after training.
