自我控制反馈对网球发球技术学习的影响

摘    要:为了研究自我控制反馈对网球发球技术和学习的影响,受试者(男:45名,女:45名)分成三个组,自我控制组(n=30名),对比组(n=30名),控制组(n=30名),实验课题是受试者把网球发到对方场地的目标点,习得阶段和学习阶段为独立变数的3(组)X4(分段),3(组)X2(分段)的重复测定方差分析。研究结果.自我控制组比对比组和控制组有效地减少了误差,习得阶段的最后分段和学习阶段的第一分段的分析结果中自我控制组也明显的减少了误差。本研究的结果证明了自我控制反馈对运动习得过程和学习是有效的学习战略方法。
