| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、类比归纳法及实地走访对中山“长洲醉龙”进行考察。对它的起源及发展过程与技艺特征进行考证梳理，诠释其蕴涵的文化价值。为“长洲醉龙”文化研究提供一定的史料佐证与理论参考。
