游泳训练对大鼠心肌能量代谢酶类活性的影响

摘    要:为探讨游泳训练对大鼠心肌能量代谢相关酶类活性的影响,采用实验法对大鼠游泳训练前后的心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和Na+-K+-ATP酶活性进行测定。结果表明:各状态下训练组大鼠的SDH活性均低于对照组,且在力竭时显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);训练组在力竭即刻和24 h恢复时的MDH活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);训练组在力竭即刻、恢复12h和恢复24h时的CK活性显著高于对照组(P〈0 05);训练组在运动1 h、力竭即刻、恢复12 h和恢复24 h时的Na+-K+-ATP酶活性均高于对照组,但无显著差异。结论表明:游泳训练能促进大鼠心肌MDH、CK、Na+-K+-ATP酶等能量代谢相关酶活性升高,却使大鼠心肌胞浆中SDH活性降低,最终增强心肌有氧供能能力,提高运动能力。
