摘    要:传统的高原训练是人体在缺氧的环境下,使人体的生理机能产生代偿性适应变化。通过模拟高原环境下进行间歇性低氧训练,该训练法对于高校游泳运动员的生理机能产生了适应性变化,本文旨在进一步提高高校游泳运动员的竞技水平。
