| 摘 要： | 当今中国进入社会转型期，社会体制和结构面临着转型问题，体育也必然面临新的抉择与重构，以适应未来社会发展的需求。以文献资料法、专家访谈法为主要手段，在比较深刻认识和理解社会转型内涵与特点的基础上，剖析当前我国田径管理体制的现状，分析限制我国田径管理体制的内在因素，初步探索了社会转型期适合我国田径管理与发展的改革机制，从而初步提出社会转型期我国田径管理体制推行双轨制的基本思想。 |
