| 摘 要： | 我国《体育法》对于体育社团的发展具有重要意义,但现行《体育法》中有关体育社团的法律条文正面临着立法滞后与立法冲突的现实挑战,有必要重新修订和完善现行《体育法》。对此,提出诸如保持专章立法体例不变、明确体育社团法律性质、保障体育社团独立地位、明确体育社团管理职权、加大体育社团扶持力度等五项立法修改建议,以供立法机关参考。
