| 摘 要： | 对舞凤运动的文化传承和发展现状进行了挖掘和分析,找出了民间舞凤运动的不足之处,从6个方面对舞凤运动进行了创新研究。这对于发展民族传统舞凤运动、发扬民族传统体育文化、丰富全民健身活动内容、完善学校体育课程建设具有重要的现实意义。
