| 摘 要： | 对衰老过程中线粒体DNA修复功能的研究现状及进展进行探讨,分析了线粒体DNA修复在衰老过程中的作用和可能机制,包括衰老过程中活性氧生成及线粒体抗氧化体系的变化,线粒体DNA修复酶OGG1的可能作用机制。
