摘    要:本文探讨了固溶热处理和挤压工艺对于AZ31镁合金强韧化的影响。AZ31镁合金经过固溶热处理后,微观组织观测表明晶粒明显细化,平均尺寸从250μm减小为25μm,配合挤压成型AZ31镁合金的力学性能有显著提高。

Abstract:The influence of solution heat treatment and extrusion process on strengthening-toughening of AZ31 magnesium alloy was discussed.Microstructure analysis shows that the grain size of the alloys after solution heat treatment has obviously decreased from about 250μm to 25μm,and the mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy has improved significantly by subsequent extrusion process.
