我国运动员科学选材及其现状的思考

我国运动员科学选材研究起步晚，底子薄，辐射面窄，“含金量”不高；我国经济发展水平相对落后，严重阻碍科学选材研究的发展；部分省市体育局的科研所以及运动队的科学选材研究工作与体育院校的科研合作严重脱节；各级主管部门对科学选材研究重视程度不够，管理体制不够健全和完善，科学选材自身发展的局限性，这些因素制约着我国科学选材研究发展的进程。

The Study and Reflection on Scientific Selection of Players in our country

The article argues that there are the following quest io ns in scientific selection of players in our country.First,the research programm e is still in its beginning stages and thus has a poor foundation.Second,the sci entific content is limited.Third,the backward economy seriously hinders the deve lop ment of the research programme.Fourth,the scientific selection of players in som e research institutes affiliated with provincial or municipal P.E.Bureau cannot effectively cooperate with the research done by local colleges of P.E.Fifth,admi nistrative departments at all levels do not attach enough importance to the rese arch and administrative structure greatly needs perfecting.Finally,the limitatio ns of the development of the scientific selection in itself restrict its own de velopment.
