| 摘 要： | 本文通过对茶碱(2.0μg/ml),头孢三嗪(CTRX、10.0μg/ml)、CTRX(10.0μg/ml) 茶碱(2.0μg/ml)和CTRX血清抽提液(10.0μg/ml)的UV扫描及茶碱、茶碱 CTRX混合血清中茶碱回收率的测定,观察了CTRX对茶碱紫外双波长法测定的干扰情况。结果表明CTRX在280nm处有最大的吸收与茶碱有部分重叠吸收,紫外扫描结果表明其可能干扰茶碱的测定。但是回收率测定在治疗量范围内几种浓度的CTRX对茶碱的测定结果则无明显干扰作用(P>0.05),文中对此结果的可能性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper the interference of CTRX in determining of theophyllin was investigated by dual-wave Length.UV scanning of theop-hyllin(2.0ug/ml), ceftriaxone(CTRX,10ug/ml), CTRX(10.0ug/ml) theophy-llin(2.0ug/ml), and CTRX extractive serum and by determining of the rec-lamation rate of thcophyllin in pure theophyllin,in the mixture serum of theophyllin and CTRX. The result showed that the absorption peak of CTRX is at the point of 280nm,partially overlapped with the obsorption of theo-phyllin and the scanning also proved that CTRX probably interfere with the determining of theophyllin However reclamation tate showed that the CTRX in treat concen trations do not obiously interfere with the determining of theophyllin (P>0.05). The probably reason for the results obtained was discussed. |
