高校教师自动离职现象的分析研究

摘    要:近年来,我国高校连续扩招,办学规模不断扩大,但作为培养人才的高校自身却面临着人才不同程度流失和师资紧缺的窘境。为此,我们应对高校人才流动的特点和高校教师“不辞而别”的原因进行分析。并从改革传统管理模式、建立公平竞争的用人机制、事业留人、加大知识要素参与分配力度等方面改革现行人事管理制度。切实解决人才流失问题。

Abstract:In recent years, higher education institutions have been enlarging enrollment and scale of running the school. Yet, colleges and universities are faced with the problems of brain drain and shortage of teaching staff. We need to analyze the characteristics of the personnel transference in higher education and analyze the reasons why university teachers take French leave with a view to reforming the current personnel system through changing the traditional management mode, establishing a personnel mechanism of fair competition, attracting teachers with career development opportunities and reforming distribution, so as to solve the problem of brain drain.
