软基条件下客运专线900T箱梁预制场的基础设计

随着全国铁路建设的全面开展,高速铁路和客运专线建设也进入了高速发展时期。目前,我国高速铁路和客运专线主要采用预制箱梁,因此,铁路建设沿线要修建大量的制梁场。由于梁体自重大,梁体的变形要求高,对梁场的地基有很高的要求。结合中铁十四局集团公司广深港客运专线ZH-1标制梁场的地基处理施工过程,针对制梁场地基土质复杂、所受荷载大和控制变形的标准要求高的特点,制梁场设计方案的优化与施工进行综合的论述。
