| 摘 要： | 成长性作为企业努力追求的目标之一，一直是理论界关注的焦点，然而目前某些本来具有良好成长性的企业会突然面临现金短缺的危机。笔者以企业融资结构理论为基础，以高速成长型企业蒙牛公司为例。运用一种有效的财务计算方法，既能有效预测企业的成长速度，又能帮助企业克服因高速成长所带来的现金短缺问题。

| Abstract: | Growth, one of the goals companies have been pursuing, is a focus of theoretic circles. Nowadays however, some enterprises with good growth are abruptly faced with the crisis of cash shortage. Based on the structure theory of enterprise circulating funds, taking MENGNIU company with high speed growth, the author employs an effective finance calculation method, with which we can not only forecast the speed at which the company is growing, but also help companies avoid the crisis of cash shortage. |
