欠发达地区农民收入变化特征与增收对策研究——以旺苍县为例

农民收入一直是国家重点关注的问题，增加欠发达地区农民收入尤为重要．通过对旺苍县农民2001—2010年的收人数据进行统计分析，找出农民增收的特点和规律，在此基础上提出了调整产业结构，完善土地流转政策、加快富余劳动力向城市转移、加强信息服务和完善基础设施建设的增收对策，以期促进四川北部山区农民增收．

The Research for Variation Characteristics and Countermeasuresfor Increasing Farmers' Income in Underdeveloped Areas --A Case Study of Wangcang County

To increase farmers＇ income has become a priority of the government concern, and in particular, to increase the rural income of the less developed areas. Based on the data collected from the year 2000 to 2010 in Wangcang county, an analysis is made in an attempt to find out the characteristics and laws of rural income growth, thus to put forth suggestions for structural adjustment, rural land transfer policy, acceleration of the migration of rural surplus labor force, the stepping up of information service and perfection of infrastructure construction to forge ahead the job of increasing farming income in the northern mountainous regions of Sichuan.
