| 摘 要： | 主要采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等相关研究方法，对目前上海市高水平运动队后备人才培养目标、高水平运动队后备人才的培养模式以及高水平运动队的管理体制进行分析，并为构建较为理想合理的普通高校高水平运动队后备人才培养模式和管理体制提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | By the methods of questionnaire, expert interview and statistics, the paper analyzes the cultivation target, cultivation mode of the reserved talents of the top-level sports teams as well as the management system. It puts forward some suggestions on ideal reserved talent cultivation mode and management system of top-level sports teams in universities. |
