| 摘 要： | 针对高校教学秘书学历偏低、知识结构单一、心理承受能力差以及秘书队伍不稳定等问题，提出从更新观念、加强教学秘书教育培训、培养其良好的心理素质以及以完善的体制和机制稳定教学秘书队伍等方面入手，加强教学秘书队伍专业化建设。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present situation and specialized construction from the perspectives of the problems existing in the university teaching secretaries.The author puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems such as cultivating healty psychological quality of teaching secretaries,improving the system of university teaching secretaries. |
