云计算环境下高校电子文件一体化管理研究

诠释高校电子文件一体化管理之内涵，针对目前高校电子文件一体化管理之现状，利用SWOT战略分析法对高校电子文件一体化管理应用云计算进行综合评估，提出云计算环境下电子文件一体化管理顶层设计思想，构建基于电子校务云的一体化管理模型。从管理标准、技术规范、业务重组等方面加强电子文件一体化管理，使电子文件在生命周期中始终处于云端同步，为用户提供一站式服务。

Study on the Integrated Management of Electronic Documents in Colleges and Universities in the Cloud Computing Environment

This paper interpretates the integrated management of electronic documents in colleges and universities. Aiming at the present situation, it applies cloud computing to comprehensively evaluate the integrated management of electronic documents in colleges and universities by the strategic analysis method of SWOT. Then it proposes a top design idea of the electronic documents' integrated management in cloud computing environment and constructing the integrated management model based on the cloud. Finally, it puts forward that colleges and universities should strengthen the integrated management of electronic documents from perspectives of the management standards, technical specifications, business restructuring and so on, in order that the electronic documents in the life cycle is always in the clouds to provide one-stop service for users.
