| 摘 要： | 以知识服务平台为研究范围提出一种知识关联强度测算的可操作性方法。通过计算知识关联的种类、数量与价值而定义一个知识内容的知识关联强度指数p，计算整个知识服务平台的全部内容页面p的平均值以评价该知识服务平台的知识关联程度。分别以数学权值法和主成分分析法对知识关联强度指数进行测定，并以两个较为成熟的知识服务平台作为实证研究对像，对两个知识服务平台知识关联程度进行测算和比较，对知识关联程度较弱的知识服务平台提出优化建议。

| Abstract: | Knowledge service platforms are taken as the scope of research in order to propose an operable approach to measure knowledge connection degree. An index p could be defined by calculating the species, numbers and values of the knowledge connection. The average value of p, which is the whole page content of the knowledge service platform, could be used to evaluate the knowledge connection degree of the knowledge service platform. This paper adopts mathematical weight method and principal component analysis to measure the degree index of knowledge connection. Two comparatively mature knowledge service platforms are used as a case study to measure and compare the degree of knowledge service platform and offer optimization suggestions for the weaker relations service platform. |
