| 摘 要： | 通过对国外个人信息组织管理相关文献的梳理，从个人信息组织方法、个人信息组织结构和个人信息组织工具3个方面对国外目前的研究进行归纳，认为国外在个人信息组织领域的研究具有研究主题深入和研究内容与用户实际需要贴近的特点。
