| 摘 要： | 中国古代学校体育,不仅包括六艺中的礼、乐、射、御诸内容,同时也含有长期被研究者忽视的以课外体育活动、娱乐休闲活动为内容的"游息"活动.六艺中的体育内容是以培养学生的军事技能,形成其伦理观念为出发点,而"游息"则以满足师生的娱乐、休闲、健身需要为目的.然而,受宋明理学的负面影响,"游息"将大量流行于社会的体育运动内容视若"鄙事"而拒之门外,以至落后于当时的体育发展水平.

| Abstract: | Except for Six Arts,physical education in ancient Chinese academies contained researchers-neglecting recreation sport outlined by extracurricular physical exercises and recreational activity.Physical education in Six Arts was supposed to develop students' military skills to help forming their ethics thoughts,while recreation sport aimed to satisfy teachers' and students' needs for amusement,leisure,and body-building.However,under the negative influence of ethics of the Song and Ming dynasty,recreation sport regarded many popular physical activities as distain and froze them out,which lead sports development lagging behind of that time. |
