| 摘 要： | 美国当代著名的人本主义心理学家卡尔.罗杰斯结合来访者中心疗法提出了以学生为中心的学习观,认为人类生来就有学习的潜能,学习是有意义的心理过程,并且重视学习中情感的作用。他主张建立良好的师生关系和创造适宜的学习心理氛围,这对成人教育培训有深刻的启示。
