| 摘 要： | 本文通过对新疆某高校某学院大学生入党动机的问卷调查,了解目前新疆某高校某学院大学生的入党动机情况。采用构成比对新疆某高校某学院大学生入党动机的基本情况进行统计学描述;采用多个独立样本比较的非参数检验方法对不同年级之间入党动机进行分析。在入党意愿、不能入党的原因以及对党的态度方面不同年级之间存在较大差异且差异有统计学意义。因此加强大学生入党动机的教育是高校党建工作当务之急。
