| 摘 要： | 加强竞技体育无形资产的开发与管理是当前我国体育产业化进程中的一项重要内容。本文运用文献资料法，阐述了竞技体育无形资产的含义及特征，分析了它的现状，并对竞技体育无形资产的开发与管理提出建议。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the exploitation and management of sports intangible assets is an important essence in course of sports industrialization in our country now. In this paper, the authors elaborate the meaning and characteristic of the sports intangible assets and analyze its present situation, and then propose some suggestions of the exploitation and management of sports intangible assets. |
