河南省高水平乒乓球运动员的心理健康状况

选用《心理健康测查量表(PHI)》,对河南省高水平乒乓球运动员进行心理健康测试研究。结果显示:河南省高水平乒乓球运动员心理问题检出率较高,心理健康水平与全国青少年常模相比,7项因子均存在显著的统计学意义,心理健康状况令人担忧,且心理健康程度与其性别、入队训练年限、家庭经济状况、家庭所在地等因素相关,应重点针对男队员、“老”队员、家庭来自农村的队员开展心理卫生教育工作。

Research of psychological health of elite table-tennis players of Henan province

PHI was applied to test the psychological health of the elite table-tennis players of Henan province.It was revealed that the psychological problems of the excellent table-tennis players of Henan province were more than those of the general juveniles;seven elements were of great statistics significance and the players' psychological health was related to gender,length of training period,family economic status and birthplace.It was held that the psychological education should be stressed for the male players,older players and players from villages.
