全球价值链下我国中小企业的价值创造模式研究

摘    要:在全球价值链下,中小企业应有意识地选择并形成价值创造模式,增强价值创造能力,实现从全球价值链低端环节向高端环节的跃升。集群协作模式、利基模式、专精模式、个性服务模式和虚拟经营模式是中小企业五种重要的价值创造模式。对五种模式产生和发展的动因进行了分析,揭示了其内涵的价值创造规律,并对其成功实施提出了建议。

Abstract:In the global value chain small and middle-sized enterprises ought to consciously choose and develop their value-creating modes enhance their value-creating capabilities and upgrade from the lower end to the upper end along the global value chain. Industrial cluster mode profit-based mode specialization mode customer service mode and virtual organization mode are five major value-creating modes. The authors analyzed the incentives and development of these five modes revealed the inherent principles of value creation and provided suggestions of their successful execution.
