Discussion on the Teaching and Learning of Taijiquan in Colleges

The methods selected by teachers of colleges when they teach Taijiquan should accord to the college students' cognation pattern and their action character,so different methods should be adopted in different stages of teaching and learning .The practice indicate that suitable methods could enhance college students' cognition to our national sports culture,meanwhile, it could cultivate the interest of college students to Taijiquan.It could improve the effect of teaching as well.
