新世纪中学体育师资队伍素质的研究——以湖南株洲市城区中青年体育师资队伍现状为个案

本文通过对湖南株洲市城区部分中学体育教师队伍的现状调查,分析了制约体育师资队伍建设的主要原因及存在问题,并就如何从政治思想、学科专业、文化知识和能力等方面加强和提高体育教师整体的素质提出了几点看法与建议,其目的是为探讨构建21世纪高素质中学体育教师队伍建设提供参考。

A Study of the Quality of Secondary School PE Teachers in the New Century——A Case Study of the Status Quo of Young and Middle-Aged PE Teachers in Urban Areas of Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province

On the basis of the investigation of the status quo of some secondary school PE teachers in the urban areas of Zhuzhou city, Hunan province, this paper analyses the cause for limiting the development of PE teachers and existing problems and offers some ideas for the improvement of overall quality of PE teachers from the perspectives of politics, specialty, cultural knowledge and ability so that high quality secondary school PE teachers will be fostered.
