中职教师专业发展互动机制建构

摘    要:中职教师尤其是专业课教师专业发展水平偏低,成为制约中职教育发展的瓶颈。加强师资队伍建设,构建中职教师专业发展互动机制,促进在职教师的专业发展尤为迫切。中职教师专业发展互动机制的建构,关键在于明确职教教师专业标准,完善教师资格制度、继续教育制度以及职称评定制度,并使其相互衔接,形成良性互动,引领教师的专业发展。
